Overview

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If your purchase is 30 days (or less) before the commencement of the course or workshop, we do not offer you a full refund. In some circumstances, another course may be substituted and this is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds

We understand that sometimes things happen and you can’t attend the live event. However, we do offer recordings which are available for 14 days after the event (for some courses, recordings are available for 30 days).  If you can’t attend, the recording is available.  

All refunds are subject to a processing fee which varies according to the course fee, usually about $10 and never more than $50 (USD). No refunds are given if cancellation is 30 days or less from the start of the course or the course has commenced.

Substitutions are not permitted; that is, you may not offer your place to another person.

If you request a refund and the course/workshop is more than 30 days from commencement, we will provide you with a refund.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit, less the processing fee, will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five days. It may take longer than that for your credit card institution to process the refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
